Cancellation & Refund Policy

Plans change. Our goal is to be fair to families and players while protecting the limited class, camp, event, and field capacity reserved when you book with Panther Soccer.

Seasonal Soccer Training

Registration reserves a recurring weekly class spot for your player for the full season.

30+ Days Before the Season

Full refund, less non-refundable payment processing fees.

15–29 Days Before the Season

Full Panther Soccer account credit. No cash refund during this period.

14 Days or Fewer Before the Season

No refund. A 50% Panther Soccer account credit may be issued if we are able to refill the player's reserved spot.

After the Season Begins

No refunds or credits for withdrawals, vacations, schedule changes, or missed sessions. Makeup sessions may be offered when space is available but are not guaranteed.

Season-Ending Injury

For a documented season-ending injury, Panther may issue a prorated account credit based on the remaining portion of the season.

Why: Your registration holds limited recurring capacity that may otherwise be unavailable to another player.

Soccer Camps

Camp staffing and capacity are planned in advance based on registration.

30+ Days Before Camp

Full refund, less non-refundable payment processing fees.

15–29 Days Before Camp

Full Panther Soccer account credit.

14 Days or Fewer Before Camp

No refund. Account credit may be issued if Panther is able to refill the player's spot.

After Camp Begins

No refunds or credits for missed days, late arrival, early departure, or voluntary withdrawal.

Camp registrations are not transferable to another family without prior approval from Panther Soccer.

Birthday Parties & Private Events

Your reservation removes a limited party time from availability and reserves facility space and staffing specifically for your event.

30+ Days Before Your Event

You may reschedule your event one time, subject to availability, or receive a Panther Soccer party credit toward a future birthday party or private event.

15–29 Days Before Your Event

You may reschedule your event one time, subject to availability. Payments are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to seasonal training, camps, memberships, or other Panther Soccer programs.

14 Days or Fewer Before Your Event

No refunds, credits, or rescheduling.

No-Shows

All payments are forfeited.

Rescheduled Events

Any approved rescheduled event must take place within 6 months of the original reservation and is subject to current pricing and availability.

Why: Birthday parties reserve specific facility time that becomes increasingly difficult to rebook as the event date approaches.

Sphere Adult Soccer

Sphere sessions have limited capacity. An unused reservation can keep another player from joining and can make the game worse for everyone.

Cancel 4+ Hours Before Your Session

No penalty. Please release your reservation as soon as you know you cannot attend.

First Late Cancellation or No-Show

Your first one is on us.

Additional Late Cancellations or No-Shows

Members: A $10 late-cancellation/no-show fee may be charged.

Drop-In Players: The session payment is forfeited and is not eligible for a refund or credit.

Repeated No-Shows

Players who repeatedly reserve sessions and do not attend may temporarily lose advance-booking privileges.

If Panther Cancels

No cancellation penalty applies when Panther cancels because of weather, field conditions, staffing, or another operational issue.

Full games are better games.
Reserve the sessions you plan to attend and release your spot when plans change.

Panther Soccer reserves the right to review unusual circumstances individually and to update this policy as programs and booking systems evolve.
