Soccer Camps (Seasonal Camps)
Camps require advanced staffing and capacity planning. Because space is limited, our cancellation policy balances flexibility for families with fairness to the program.
More than 30 days before camp starts.
Full refund (minus processing fees, if applicable)
15–29 days before camp start
Account credit for the full amount
Credit may be used for future Panther Soccer programs or camps
No cash refunds during this window
14 days or fewer before camp start
No refunds
Account credit may be issued only if we are able to fill the spot from a waitlist
After camp begins
No refunds or credits for missed days or early withdrawal. Camps are not transferable to other families.
Soccer Training (Seasonal Classes)
Seasonal classes run in fixed sessions with consistent schedules and staffing.
More than 14 days before season start
Full refund (minus processing fees, if applicable)
7–13 days before season start
Account credit issued, less a $25 administrative fee
Fewer than 7 days before season start
No refunds
Account credit minus a $50 administrative fee, issued at Panther Soccer’s discretion
After the season starts
No refunds
Proration applies only when a player joins late, not when they withdraw
Missed classes are not guaranteed to be made up and cannot be transferred to other sessions.
BIRTHDAY PARTIES
Birthday parties reserve exclusive facility time and staffing.

Account credit issued for the full amount

Account credit may be issued only in exceptional circumstances
Birthday party payments are non-refundable once staffing and scheduling are confirmed.

Payment processing and platform fees are non-refundable
