We are a small, local, family owned company. Refunds are difficult for many reasons. First, we lose the transaction processing fee. Secondly, if you booked into a camp or training session that became full, we may not be able to fill the spot again in time. Lastly, we have likely already allocated the resources (coaches, field rental, equipment, etc.) based on the number of registrations we have.
We want to be as flexible as possible, so we ask that to cancel a camp you to consider the following:
Can you reschedule into another camp? / Can you take a credit toward any of our other services like seasonal leagues and/or technical training sessions)?
Refunds provided if cancellation occurs at least 3 weeks before the start of the camp. A 20% fee will be incurred. Please try to reschedule or accept credit for another program before canceling. We cannot provide a refund within 3 weeks of a camp but can provide a 50% credit toward a future program.
