We help develop complete soccer players by focusing first on ball control and dribbling and then adding passing, team concepts and tactics as the players develop.
Our coaches are committed to nurturing the self-concept of every child in our program by guaranteeing first individual, then team success.
Our commitment is to encourage brave, creative leadership in every player.
We will support children to dare greatly and not be afraid to make mistakes! As a result, no risk will be feared - on or off the field.
This child-first mentality is exclusive to Panther Soccer. Panther players experience no guilt, no shame, and no blame!
Our Value Proposition
Peerless Player Development Speed
No rainouts in our climate controlled, efficient training areas. Our players develop soccer skill at 3X the rate of traditional programs.
Fairness/Honesty
Each player is more important than the team. We rotate positions and give equal playing time to ensure everyone develops the highest possible self concept.
Community Spirit
We donate to local schools, provide scholarships to players in need, and hold community events.
The player commitment is for both the fall and spring seasons.
Fall is soccer season and we expect players to train 2x per week, and attend 80% of practices and games.
The Spring season is more flexible and players can choose whether to train 1x or 2x each week. If the player is unable to play in games
because he or she is in another sport, you must still register and attend training to reserve a spot for the Fall season.
We frown upon players missing games due to conflicts with other soccer programs. We want our players to play other sports if they wish, but playing soccer on another team simultaneously will only be accepted on a case by case basis.
In the fall season we require that players train 2x weekly. The season starts the last week of August and ends mid December (no games the weekends before and after Thanksgiving).
Our methodology is very much centered around building great touch and using skills to beat players off the dribble. The newer the player to the program, the more we encourage your player to participate in some summer activities. New players are aways far behind on skills so a good start is critical. We have camps, skills training and 4v4 league. Please log in to your Playmetrics account to see what is available this summer.
In the spring players may practice 1x or 2x per week. The season starts the 2nd week of February and ends in the last week of May.
